Ingredients

  • 2 oz. El Mayor® Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz. Peach Puree Infused Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions

  1. Separate egg white and put into shaker with no ice.
  2. Add Blanco and peach puree syrup.
  3. Dry shake for a full 60 seconds.
  4. Add ice and sour mix.
  5. Shake and strain into highball glass with ice.
  6. Dash with bitters.
