Instructions:

1. Shake all ingredients, except Prosecco, over ice. 
2. Strain into a champagne glass. 
3. Top with prosecco. 
4. Garnish with lemon twist and cinnamon. 

For Honey Simple Syrup: 

Ingredients:

1 c. Honey

1 c. Water

Instructions:

1. In a medium-sized saucepan, bring equal parts honey and water to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer. 
2. Strain and store in a mason jar.
