The Peach Pit
Ingredients
- 2 oz. El Mayor® Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz. Peach Puree Infused Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Separate egg white and put into shaker with no ice.
- Add Blanco and peach puree syrup.
- Dry shake for a full 60 seconds.
- Add ice and sour mix.
- Shake and strain into highball glass with ice.
- Dash with bitters.
