Instructions:

1. In a cocktail shaker add tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut milk and simple syrup. 
2. Add ice and shake. 
3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and lime wheel.

For the Banana Simple Syrup

Ingredients:

1 c. Water

1 c. Sugar 

1 Banana, chopped 

Instructions:

1. All all ingredients to a medium pot over medium-high heat and bring to a boil
2. Stir until sugar dissolves and bring to a simmer for 10 minutes. 
3. Take off the heat, let sit for at least 15 minutes and strain.
