The Starfruit Desert Shrub
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. El Mayor® Cristalino Tequila
- ½ oz. Crème de Mûre
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. Mint Simple Syrup
- 1 Starfruit, Diced
Instructions
Combine tequila, lemon juice, mint simple syrup and starfruit in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to chill and strain into a glass with crushed ice. Float crème de mûre over the top.
