  • 1 oz. El Mayor® Extra Añejo Tequila
  • 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth
  • ½ oz. Cognac
  • ½ oz. Herbal Liqueur
  • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Lemon and Demerara Sugar, for Rim
  • Lemon Twist, for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Run lemon wedge around coupe glass rim and dip in Demerara sugar
  2. Build drink in mixing glass with ice
  3. Stir and strain into rimmed coup glass
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist
