Gingerbread Martini

  • 1 1/2 El Mayor® Reposado Tequila
  • 3/4 oz Tuaca Liquor or Vanilla Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Ginger Syrup
  • 1 tbs Cool Whip or Whipped Cream


For Gingerbread Syrup

  1. Heat all ingredients for syrup in a small saucepan over medium/high heat. Whisk to combine.
  2. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and allow to come to room temperature before storing in the fridge in an airtight container until use.

For the Martini

  1. Rim martini glass with molasses and then dip in crushed gingerbread cookies (optional).
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add the tequila, Tuaca, ginger syrup, and cool whip. Shake vigorously to combine.
  3. Top with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick (optional).
  4. Enjoy!
